The kingdom of God is an invisible kingdom that is made visible by the obedience of God’s people.

Notate your calendar to be part of Feeding the Flathead on the first Thursday of the month. To participate in this blessing of feeding and serving the needs of others, you may do so by bringing a dish, donating food items and/or coming out to serve with us. Come out and share the love of Jesus with others in a practical way.
If you desire to attend the ladies’ retreat, you still have time to register. Last day to register will be September 29th.
Though we have officially ended the summer potlucks, we may not be done yet. We are hoping to have one more on September 29th, unless weather permitting. So listen up for the announcement toward the end of the month.
Are you still reading with us? We are more than halfway through the Bible in our one year reading plan challenge. This reading plan is in chronological order of events. If you are just joining the reading plan, don’t feel that you have to start from the beginning in Genesis. Click on the link for the day's reading and begin to follow the schedule. Please be mindful not to just read the section of scriptures but develop a full understanding of the scriptures. Let’s purposefully grow deeper in God’s Word.

The Thursday night ladies' study is going through the books of Nehemiah and Esther. It is not too late to join the study. The cost of the study book is $10.00. Please see Janel Machado to purchase. Consider coming out and studying the ordinary characters of these two books and how God's hand was on their lives that made them extraordinary.

Root's Corner

The Root household has had a non-stop month and it’s not slowing down. Jeff had the opportunity to teach two Sunday services at two different Calvary Chapels and Alisha has been teaching the women’s Bible study. This is in addition to their duties at Calvary Chapel Osaka, as well as their young adult home fellowship. Now, they are preparing to host a short term team from Calvary Chapel Saving Grace.
Pray for them as they host the team during September 1-15, as well as attending a conference in Thailand with other Calvary Chapel Saving Grace missionaries from other countries. Also, please cover them in prayer as they travel for safety and health.
Praise God that they are both feeling like they are becoming part of the Osaka family of believers!

Come on out and study with us as we going through Paul's words to the Gentile church in Rome and to us. This letter that he poured his heart into became a comprehensive doctrine of the supremacy of Christ, dealing with the root of salvation for both the Jew and the Gentile.
Join us Sunday mornings at 10:00 a.m.

If you have any prayer requests, we would love to pray for you.  Please go to our website, www.ccwhitefish.com to submit your requests.

Faith as Paul saw it, was a living, flaming thing leading to surrender and obedience to the commandments of Christ.

For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.
